- Net Proceeds - I will assist you in calculating the expected net proceeds from the sale of your property after all estimated expenses and fees have been paid out.
- Marketing Plan - I will discuss and develop a step-by-step plan with you on how to sell your property within a realistic and desired timeline while achieving the maximum purchase price for your property.
- Feature Sheets & Marketing Material - I will provide professional-standard photography and the arrangement of a virtual tour and/or other print media (if applicable). I will also prepare a full-color feature sheet of your property complete with photos, property details, and area information for both print and electronic distribution.
- MLS (Multiple Listing Service) - I will ensure that your property will stand out on the MLS by advertising the key selling features of your property through photographs and effective description, providing exposure to buyers and over 20,000 Realtors.
- Networking - I will notify fellow realtors as well as past, present and future prospects that may be interested in the type, area, or price range of your property.
- Social Networking - I will promote your listing through my Facebook social media network.
- Open Houses - I will hold a Broker Open House to ensure maximum exposure for your property within the neighborhood and have each visitor sign a guest registration form upon entry for follow-up purposes and to ensure safety of your home.
- Communication - I will keep you informed regarding showings, inquiries, marketing efforts, Realtor and buyer feedback, and overall activity.
